2. Sketches
The editor generates uncertified conceptual sketches, not suitable for construction or for filing permits. They are not architect or engineer plans.
3. Estimates
Preliminary informational estimate; subject to inspection and a formal proposal. It is not a contract and does not replace design, calculations, permits, certifications or approval by competent professionals and authorities. Material prices come from public pages of Puerto Rico hardware stores on the date shown and may change. Items without a verifiable price are shown as “Pending quote”. The official quote with a visit costs $25, which is credited to the job total if the work is done with Cruz General Contractors; any payment is agreed directly and verifiably with the company, not on this site.
4. Permits
Cruz General Contractors is not a government agency, does not process or approve permits, does not guarantee permits, timelines or approvals, and is not connected live to OGPe, SBP, JP, LUMA, AAA, DRNA, CIAPR or any other entity. Municipal sheets must be confirmed with the municipality or OGPe. Do not start work that requires authorization before obtaining it.
5. Engineering
The tools do not do structural design: reinforcement, footings, structural thicknesses, mixes, loads and code compliance require evaluation and design by a licensed engineer or architect.
