1. What this site does NOT do
It has no accounts, login or database. It does not store your names, measurements, answers or messages on a server. It does not ask for your Social Security number, agency passwords (such as SBP) or sensitive documents. It does not send marketing messages.
2. Information on your device
The plan editor saves your (non-sensitive) sketch in your browser’s local storage so you don’t lose it. When you send measurements to the estimator they are stored there temporarily. You can delete them with “Reset” or by clearing the site data in your browser. PDFs are generated on your device.
3. WhatsApp and calls
When you check the consent box and tap the button, WhatsApp opens with a prepared message. The message is not sent until you send it. From then on, the conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s policies. We will use your information only to respond to your request.
4. Difference from official procedures
The information you share with Cruz General Contractors is separate from what you give government agencies on their official portals. We do not manage your official portal accounts.
5. Third-party services
Fonts are served from this same site (they are not loaded from external services). The site is hosted on deed.page, which may log technical connection data (such as the IP address) under its policies. If you install the site as an app, your browser keeps a copy of the tools on your device so they work offline. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.
